Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours (1 to 2 business days). Once your order is processed, it is sent directly to our fulfillment partners to be prepared for dispatch.

2. Delivery Times

Because we ship directly from our suppliers to offer the best selection, delivery takes slightly longer:

• Estimated Shipping Time: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

• Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs clearance or local courier delays.

3. Tracking Number

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it is generated and provided to us by the carrier (usually within 2–4 business days after processing). You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress.

4. Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. This is because items may be dispatched from different warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment at no extra charge.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
